Spiritual trust is not often talked about in depth but holds quite an important role in our relationship to Spirit, our own intuition and Higher Self.

Spiritual trust is not blind faith.

It is not handing your power over to something unknown, unseen, or outside of you.

Spiritual trust is a relationship.

It is the quiet, steady willingness to make space for an energy that already exists within you, around you, and through you and to let it participate in your life.

Not as a force that controls you.

But as a presence you learn to move with.

Spirit as Energy, Not Authority

When we see Spirit as something separate, we often fall into one of two patterns:

• Seeking constant signs for reassurance

• Or feeling disconnected when those signs don’t appear

But when you begin to relate to Spirit as energy something you give space to everything changes.

You are no longer waiting to be guided.

You are participating in guidance.

You are learning how to walk in relationship with something subtle, intelligent, and responsive.

How Spiritual Trust Is Developed

Spiritual trust is built in small, almost invisible moments.

It’s built when:

• You pause instead of rushing into a decision

• You honour a feeling even when it doesn’t make logical sense

• You choose not to override your inner knowing for external validation

• You allow uncertainty to exist without immediately trying to fix it

Trust grows when you stop demanding immediate clarity and start allowing deeper awareness.

And importantly, trust deepens when you see that you are safe even when you don’t have all the answers.

Spiritual trust creates stability not because everything is certain, but because you are anchored within yourself.

Living in Spiritual Trust

Living in spiritual trust doesn’t mean you always feel calm, clear, or connected.

It means you return.

Again and again.

To stillness.

To listening.

To allowing.

It is the quiet decision to stay in relationship with something deeper even when your mind is loud.

And over time, that relationship becomes something you don’t have to search for.

Because you realise…

It was never separate from you to begin with.
